Getting started
How a project begins, and when you pay.
How does working together start?
You tell us your goal and your budget. We scope it and fix one price in writing. You place a refundable booking, and within 48 hours you get a basic build, the design direction and your live date — so you're deciding on the actual thing, not a pitch.
What is the refundable booking?
It holds your slot. Within 48 hours of it you get a basic build, the design direction and your live date in writing. If the direction is wrong, the booking comes back in full. If it is right, you pay 50% on approval and 50% when the site goes live.
Where are you based, and do you work with businesses worldwide?
We are based in Mohali (Chandigarh Tricity), Punjab, India, and build for clients in Canada, India and worldwide, by video call and WhatsApp. We meet in person in Mohali, in Chandigarh or in Panchkula on request. We keep it smooth no matter the time zone.
How do I get started?
Book a quick call or send us a note. We'll ask about your goal, timeline, and budget, then come back with a clear plan and that first preview.
How long does it take?
The basic build and the direction are in your hands in 48 hours, so you see the shape of it early instead of waiting in the dark. In the same 48 hours you get a live date, and we hold it.
What do you need from me before we start?
Your goal, your budget, and whatever you already have — logo, photos, the old site, a product list. If pieces are missing we tell you which ones matter and which can wait.
Do we need to meet, or can this be done over messages?
Whichever suits you. A call, email, WhatsApp or a shared doc — you get a reply within one business day either way.
I already have a site. Can you fix that instead of starting over?
Often, yes. If the bones are sound we keep what works and rebuild the rest. If the site is fighting you at every turn we say so plainly rather than charge you to patch it.

Pricing & ownership
What it costs, and what stays yours.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on scope. Most projects start from $999 for a templated site, with launch, growth and signature builds going up from there. Check the pricing page for tiers — or just tell us your budget and we'll find a way to make it work.
Why do you publish pricing at all?
Because guessing games waste everyone's time. We'd rather be upfront about where things start, then tailor a plan that fits your budget.
Do I own my website and content?
100%. The site, the domain, the content — it's all yours. No lock-in and no hostage situations. If you ever move on, you take everything with you.
Are there surprise invoices or hidden fees?
No. You know the price before we start, and it doesn't change unless the scope does — and only with your sign-off first.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. A refundable booking holds your slot, then it is 50% on approval and 50% when the site is live. If the direction is wrong, the booking comes back in full.
What happens if we stop halfway?
You pay for what was approved, you keep what was built, and the files are yours. No exit fee and no holding your domain hostage.
Are hosting, domain and plugin costs included?
Those are third-party costs and they stay in your name, on your card. We name them before we start and we never mark them up.
Can another developer take over later?
Yes. We build on standard platforms with no private lock-ins, and you get the files and the logins. Handing over cleanly is part of the job.

Build & technology
How the site gets made, and on what.
Will my site be fast and secure?
Yes. Speed and security aren't add-ons — they're how we build. Every site is tuned for Core Web Vitals and hardened from day one.
Do you use AI to build my site?
We use AI as a tool, supervised by a human, for the parts it's genuinely good at. Your site is hand-built and hand-checked. No AI slop, ever.
Which platforms do you build on?
Whatever fits the job — WordPress, Shopify, or a custom build. We pick the right tool for your goals, not whatever happens to be easiest to reuse.
Can you help my site rank on Google and in AI answers?
Yes. We build for traditional SEO and for GEO — showing up inside AI answers like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.
Will it work properly on a phone?
The phone is where most of your customers will see it, so that is where we design first and where every page is checked before it goes live.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. You get edit access and a short walkthrough of the parts you will actually touch — text, photos, prices, posts. Anything structural, we are a message away.
How fast is fast?
Our own homepage loads in 0.9s and client builds are held to the same standard. Speed is a build decision, not a plugin added at the end.
Do you write the words, or is that on me?
We draft them in plain language from what you tell us, then you correct anything that does not sound like you. Most clients change a few lines and keep the rest.

After launch
What happens once you are live.
What happens after launch — am I on my own?
Only if you want to be. We offer ongoing care and support to keep your site fast, updated, and secure long after it goes live.
Can you add features or make changes later?
Of course. Sites grow. We're around to add pages, features, and campaigns whenever your business needs them.
What if something breaks?
Tell us and we'll fix it. Hardened builds break rarely, but when something needs attention, you have a real person to call — not a ticket queue.
Do you offer a care plan?
Yes — updates, backups, monitoring and small changes on a monthly plan. It is optional; plenty of clients launch and run it themselves.
Can you train my team?
Yes. A walkthrough on a call, recorded so new staff can watch it later, plus written notes for the tasks you will repeat.
What if the site is live and the enquiries do not come?
Then something upstream is wrong — the traffic, the offer or the page — and we look at the numbers with you instead of guessing. That is the SEO and ads side of what we do.

Automation & Ops
The work your site can do without you.
Do you only build websites, or can you automate my business too?
Both. Beyond the site, our Automation & Ops line answers your calls, chases leads, grows your reviews, and removes manual busywork. The website gets you found; automation makes sure nothing slips after that.
What is an AI Front Desk / AI receptionist?
A 24/7 assistant that answers calls and messages, texts back missed calls in seconds, answers common questions, and books appointments straight into your calendar — so you never lose a customer to voicemail.
We still do a lot by hand — can you automate that?
Usually, yes. Quotes, intake forms, scheduling, follow-ups, data entry, paperwork that gets re-typed between tools — if it's repetitive, we can automate most of it. We start by finding the tasks costing you the most hours.
How do I show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation?
That's our Get Found in AI service. We structure your site and information so AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) can read, trust, and recommend your business.
Can you get us more Google reviews without breaking the rules?
Yes — we automate honest review requests to real customers at the right moment, and draft on-brand replies to every review. No fake reviews, ever.
Do automation services need a monthly plan?
Most do — they're living systems we run and improve, so they're monthly. Workflow Automation and Site Rescue can be fixed-scope projects with an optional care plan.
Will an AI receptionist sound like a robot to my customers?
It answers in your words, it handles the questions you actually get, and it hands over to a human the moment it is out of its depth. A caller gets an answer instead of voicemail.
What if the automation gets something wrong?
You see everything it does, and anything it is unsure about comes to you rather than to the customer. We tune it in the first weeks while it learns your business.
Do we have to change the tools we already use?
No. We connect to the calendar, inbox and CRM you already have. Swapping tools is a decision for you, not a condition of working with us.

Working with us
Who you deal with, and how.
Who actually does the work?
The studio you talk to is the studio that builds it. Nothing is handed to a marketplace and re-sold to you.
How quickly do you reply?
One business day, every time — while the project is running and long after it is live.
What if I do not like the first direction?
Say so plainly and we change it. The direction is agreed before the build starts, so nothing big gets built on a shape you are unsure about.
Have you built for a business like mine?
Probably. 8+ years, 40+ sites, 30+ clients across 6+ countries — trades, clinics, shops, studios and suppliers. Ask and we will show you the closest one.
What if I go quiet for a few weeks?
The project waits. Life happens, there is no penalty for it, and we pick up where we left off when you are ready.
Still have a question?
Send it over and you get a straight answer back — one business day, from the person who would build it.
