What happens after you send a message?

If we go ahead, you place a refundable booking — and within 48 hours you get a basic build and the design direction. Not the finished site. The direction, plus your live date.

If it is not right, the booking comes back in full. If it is, it is 50% then and 50% when you go live.

Nothing else is owed before that.
